Tap into Calm: This 6 week group program is offered both in-person and on-line and will help you create and sustain inner calm. Together, we will build the foundation (including the education, routines, structures, and practices) for effectively and efficiently processing stressful experiences in the present and the future. Releasing stress and learning practical mind-body tools will support a healthy stress perspective. This group class is a highly supportive experience including use of biofeedback technology and accountability systems throughout the 6 weeks to build new skills, reinforce progress and ensure success within a community of like-minded individuals.
Release the Motherload: This 8 week program is designed specifically for moms. This total stress reset combines an auditory therapy with both individualized and group support.

TAP INTO CALM-HIKE: Small group hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains combined with stress release tools to leave you relaxed and empowered… ready to face whatever your week has to throw at you. Hikes are periodically offered throughout the year, or can be organized privately for groups of 5 or more.
